Adding Roadshield on Streets
Shields affect all segments having the same street name (primary name & city). A street can have only one shield.
When changing the street name of a segment, the segment inherit the road shield linked to the new name, if any, or none otherwise.
When should you assign a road shield to a street? When the road shield is visible on the signalisation or based on local usage.
Do not specify a "direction" for the shield, this is intended for other countries.
Previously, road shields were automatically generated based on the name of the street. This is not the case anymore, hence there is no reason to keep the road number in the street name.
