About
Thomas, also known as Hipska is a region manager from Belgium. More specific in the region West-Flanders and East-Flanders he is mostly active. He has a lot of experience in big/major traffic works and follows them up closely. For example, the construction of the new A11 between Bruges and Knokke has been followed up by him very closely and was always up to date during the different phases. Also the remake of the driveways and exits of E40 in Aalter are closely followed by having contact with people on the field.
