==New Housing Development==
* Roads in a new developed neighborhood can be mapped when they are drivable. They may be still [[Road Aspects|unpaved]]. Don't map new developments roads that are only in the planning stage.
* As long as the new roads and houses are being developed, routing through should be prevented. The checking of the <i>unpaved</i> attribute may be enough, perhaps you have to choose for the [[Off-road|4x4 roadtype]] to prevent navigation through.
* While the construction is going on several times changes will have to be applied: perhaps [[Closures|closures]] set, [[Road types|road type]] or attributes changed. [[Map Comment|Map comments]] can be used to document these fases.
