I have been editing since November 2012. I live in a small town in Manitoba, close to Winnipeg.
One of the greatest assets to the Waze community, is the Waze community itself. Without new editors being encouraged and mentored to be as awesome as they deserve, the map will not improve at a pace that will ensure users have a great experience. I focus a lot of my attention within the boundaries of Manitoba, and try to hit up as many unlocks as I can across Canada. If a user every has a question, please never hesitate to ask.
