I just thought I'd discuss a missing interchange, the reverse diamond, or common name as diverging diamond. I have a good example in KC off 435 and Front Street. Even Joplin has one and they are building one right now SW of Olathe for the BNSF intermodal. [1]

But one thing though in the complex urban interchange is for divided streets/highways that use them too. Is the lack of mention of it merely because of the excessive complexity to save time here? Thanks!
