Overview
In the Waze editor and routing system, there are three basic types of restrictions:
- Vehicle type
- Segment or traffic flow direction
- Turn restrictions
Each of these three types of restrictions can be set permanently or time-based. Here are some examples:
- Interstate truck-only ramp
- No trucks allowed between 9a-3p weekends
- No left turn 7a-9a and 4p-6p weekdays
- HOV lanes
