The speedlimits in the Philippines are stated in REPUBLIC ACT No. 4136 Chapter IV Article 1 (Section 35) Restriction as to speed. They are as follows:

| Primary Roads, On/Off Ramps | 40 | 40 |
| Streets, except those with speedbumps (humps) | 30 | 30 |
| Private & Parking Lot roads, Streets with speedbumps (humps) | 20 / Depends on traffic regulations of the area | 20 / Depends on traffic regulations of the area |
