The speedlimits in the Philippines are stated in REPUBLIC ACT No. 4136 Chapter IV Article 1 (Section 35) Restriction as to speed. They are as follows:

Maximum allowed speed in KPH Cars and Motorcycles Trucks and Buses
Expressways 100 80
Major Highways 80 60
Minor Highways 60 60
Primary Roads, On/Off Ramps 40 40
Streets, except those with speedbumps (humps) 30 30
Private & Parking Lot roads, Streets with speedbumps (humps) 20 / Depends on traffic regulations of the area 20 / Depends on traffic regulations of the area

IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN SETTING SPEEDLIMITS:

Set the speedlimit according to the road classification in real life, not according to what it was classified as on the WME.
