NH Tolls Response

Waze does not routinely display toll booths or toll gantries in New England, and we are not aware of any plans to do so in the future. Please feel free to reply if your report was regarding something else.

EZPass Response

Waze now has support for drivers with E-ZPass and other toll devices, which is why the road has been split for the E-ZPass only lanes.

If you have E-ZPass you will need to add that option to your app, and you will then receive routing to the E-ZPass only lane - i.e. keep left at this toll plaza. If you don't have that option turned on, you will receive routing to the Cash/E-ZPass lanes - i.e. keep right.

Please see this Waze support article for enabling the E-ZPass option: https://support.google.com/waze/answer/7490936?hl=en&ref_topic=7060168

Gas Prices DM

Hi there, I'm a fellow Wazer and a volunteer map editor. Thanks for your report about prices at the XX station in YY.

Waze is a crowd-sourced app, and the prices at gas stations can only be adjusted by Wazers who are physically at the station. There are some stations that also are linked to a third-party data feed, but not all stations have this.

Editors like myself can’t change gas prices unless we are at the station, like other users.

Next time you are at a gas station, you can help your fellow Wazers out by updating the prices. To submit updated prices while at the pump; tap the orange pin in the lower-right corner of your screen, then the green “Gas prices” icon, then select the station that you’re visiting, fill in the current prices, and tap “Confirm prices” in the lower-right corner. Other Wazers will benefit from your updates.
