North Carolina Military Installation Restricted Access **Complete**
- Changed layout of Access Control Points (ACPs aka Gates) to use private segments to restrict access to drivers with a destination inside the installation.
- Updated hours on the ACPs to match published hours
- Add federal holidays to ACPs that closed on holidays (Updated yearly)
North Carolina Function Class Update **Complete**
- Updated NC wiki to reflect correct FC information for NC.
- Worked with HavanaDay to keep the FC Progress report up to date.
