Waze uses two different banks of servers. One for the USA and Canada http://www.waze.com and one for the Rest Of The World http://world.waze.com . These can have problems independently of each other, so please specify which one you use when reporting any issues.

In theory when you go to http://www.waze.com it should automatically switch you to the correct server but this does not always work. This leads to confusions as [[Cartouche]] maps and [[Dashboard]] points do not show. So if you are in the Rest Of The World, go directly to http://world.waze.com
