Waze uses at least three different banks of servers. One for the USA and Canada at http://www.waze.com, one for Israel at http://www.waze.co.il/ and one for the rest of the world at http://world.waze.com . These function independently of each other, so please specify which one you use when asking questions or reporting issues.
In theory when you go to http://www.waze.com it should automatically switch you to the correct server. In case the server does not correctly forward you to the right server (for example Dashboard or Cartouche is not showing the correct amount of points or routes), use one of the links above.
