There is no Email link in the Quick Help box on the Support page. Perhaps this text should be rewrote.

I wish to report the Waze Technical FAQ link is broken from the FAQ page
Would appreciate someone rectify it. Thanks.
Edit: The Waze Official FAQ link is also broken.

::The remaining FAQ links on this page are working correctly. The Waze Official link goes to the nanoRep site, yes.
