I would like to suggest that a TIO be defined at the top of this wiki page. I was under the incorrect impression that TIOs were only a voice override and did not affect the graphical display of turns. Perhaps the TIO icon, which is a speaker gives this impression it is only a sound override as well.
I believe the definition from the glossary at the top of this page would address this.
It seems logical that "what" a TIO is be made clear before addressing how to create them and where to place them.
