When editing a segment's City field, use the incorporated name, or use the CDP (Census Designated Place) name when the place is locally known and/or more commonly recognized by that name. Segments outside of the official limits of incorporated or CDP areas should have the "None" box checked instead. Unincorporated areas and greater urban areas outside of city/CDP limits should also be checked as "None".
