To properly name County Roads in Indiana refer to https://gis.in.gov/apps/DOT/RoadwayInventory/ for reference.  If the roadway inventory says E County Road 100 N then that would be interpreted as E CR-100 N for the primary name.  This name is listed as primary for visual and TTS purposes.  We also need to list E 100 N as an alternate so addressing will not be broken.
