To properly name County Roads in Indiana refer to ARCGIS INDOT site for reference. When you first open the site change the basemap layer to "Oceans" so you will ONLY see data from INDOT. All road names can be used as reference for naming purposes once the basemap layer is set to "Oceans". If the ARCGIS INDOT site says E County Road 100 N then that would be interpreted as E CR-100 N for the primary name. Or if it says E 100 N then you should list that as the primary name. If the road name uses letter of the alphabet use this name as primary. ie Main St will become the primary name. There is no need for an alt name on a county road if the primary name uses the letters in the alphabet
