Based on new guidance from staff recommend the following changes to the HOV and TBSR wazeopedia sections:

All non-ramp road segments connecting HOV alternatives to their non-hov counterparts need to be marked with Allowed HOV restrictions. The only requirement is that they have an assigned "lane type" (Right/Center/Left). Make sure the second part of the line has the appropriate HOV/HOT/Express/etc label.

Ramp segments can be marked with HOV Allowed restrictions. This helps to cover some mistakes in labeling so should be done as a good practice. Since the prohibition for trucks and vehicles towing a trailer can not be added to the main line segments, these prohibited restrictions can be set for the ramp going to the HOV lanes. Enter the "entire segment" and make sure the second part of the line has the appropriate HOV/HOT/Express/etc label.

This would be a new section 1.6.1 in HOV and all the current 1.6.1-1.6.4 would move down to 1.6.2-1.6.5

This would be a new section 2.3.1.2 in Partial restrictions and the current 2.3.1.2-2.3.1.6 would move down to 2.2.1.3-2.3.1.7

Also for the start of the HOV section and the Partial restrictions section to add note that states:

This instructions are for when HOV has been pushed to production. New road segments can be set up using these procedures. For existing segments that are a toll road or HOV that are used, there has to be some work arounds where private car and taxi are added as allowed vehicle types on all the segments for the toll road. If approved by your Region's leadership leave the private car and taxi off the first segment for HOV/HOT/Express Lane/etc, to act as a gate and if someone drives over it they are stating they meet the HOV/HOT/Express Lane requirement and a new search (or recalculation) should allow them to be routed for that trip.
