Recently staff mentioned that junction boxes don't take an abnormal amount of resources. It was stated that there was no prohibition on using them since the amount of resources required had changed.
Therefore recommend removing the following from the Junction Box's When to use section: "The routing server takes longer to analyze junction boxes and thus to provide routes through junction boxes."
