Segment speed tracking
Each road segment can only have two speeds tracked. Mapping HOV left lane, regular traffic center lane, and Bus for right lane can be saved but does not work on the processing end. Avoid mapping more than two speeds on any segment.
HOT or Express road segments that have Toll free and tolled in the same lane are treated as one speed measurement - even though two different groupings of vehicles are allowed in that lane. The vehicles are traveling as one pack/herd and move together and should be considered as one speed measurement. Therefore, it is permissible to map Toll free and allowable (tolled) restrictions for the left lane and regular traffic on the other lanes is permissible in WME.
