Welcome New Editors

Waze is an app that helps its users avoid traffic and get directions to their destinations. The map must be simple and uncluttered but still show where cars can drive and keep the traffic data that goes with the roads.

Every edit you make can make a big difference to a lot of wazers. Learn about the good editing guidelines so your edits will improve the map -- the editing videos in the app just don't tell the whole story. Our motto is "Usability, Simplicity, Retention". Make it useful, keep it simple, and do not delete.
