State highways that are primarily signed at entering intersections with a State Route number like 
rather than a road name should be named SR-### ("SR-2"). County roads that are primarily signed at entering intersections with County Road numbers like 
or 
rather than a road name should be named CR-## or CR-##/## ("CR-65" or "CR-91/1").
