Non-drivable roads requested update based on forum article.
- Always connect Walking trails and Pedestrian Boardwalks.
- Pedestrian Boardwalks should always be connected via phantom nodes, so for them it is not necessary to split drivable segments on connection.
- Walking trails should be connected via real junction nodes if the WT plays a role in getting to the destination.
