On the topic of ramps, do you think this is really the right approach for all highways?
"Ramps[edit] Entrance or Exit to or from freeways and highways. Lock at L2, L3 or L4 (same as the highest lock on the connected segments) Name them "to ...." with a destination."
During the mapraid I have created a lot of minor highways, and I think it is a fair estimation that >90% of the connecting roads are just directly linked to the minor highway. Maybe it's an idea that the connection needs to meet certain criteria before it is considered a ramp? E.g. traffic needs to be merging into the joining road at a small angle (<30 degrees)?
Just wanted to put this up for discussion, I will of course go with the general concensus.
