In de toekomst kan die zoekfunctie evolueren. Er zal dan eerst in de Waze database gezocht worden. Indien er geen match is, zal Google geraadpleegd worden. Wanneer deze omschakeling precies plaats zal vinden, is op het moment van schrijven nog niet bekend. (april 2014) Wel lopen er momenteel reeds verschillende proefprojecten voor het uittesten van deze vernieuwde zoekfunctie.
This searchfunction will change in the future. When looking up for coordinates, the Waze database will be used first. If there will not be a match, the search will continue and use the Google database as backup.
When this change will happen is not clear yet. At this moment there are some tests going on (april 2014).
