This script streamlines the process of responding to Update Requests. It enhances the UR icons to show their status at a glance, and can also filter by status. It generates comments based on UR type and days since last response, or you can manually choose from a list of comments. The comments are adjustable before sending. Several languages are available, if yours is not available, you can make your own custom list.
