The current rules are being implemented only in our country, so that many areas still need to be upgraded to accomplish continuity in the routes. The same way do not decrease the road types without consulting a local editor. In isolated cases it has been decided to deviate from the official rule of the functional classification. It is important that they remain intact. Also remember that all unpaved roads should be classified as "dirt road / 4x4".
