    - Addition or Removal of segment nodes when necessary for proper alignment or arc smoothness

    - Removal of "loose" junctions/nodes
    - Removal at road crossings (over/underpasses)
    - One per intersection

    - Correct direction (one/two way), with traffic flow
  • Connectivity (CONN)
    - Correct line connectivity based on traffic flow (inline road segments, and branched segments; e.g. ramps)
  • Turn Restrictions (TURN)
  • Levels (LVL)
    - Correct level(s) per road segment to allow proper under/overpass overlap
  • Segment Details (DTL)
    - Correct road names based on field observation or county records
    - Correct State and City
    - Additional 'Alt Names' when appropriate
    - Separating Line when appropriate
  • Locking (LOCK)
    - Locked major road segments after above corrections to hold direction and geometry
