User Requests Reply Instructions

The easiest way to respond to editor requests is by using the Waze app inbox; In the Waze application, Click on “Map issue – new Comment”, scroll all the way down to the reply box, enter your reply and click send!


If for some reason these messages are not making it to your Waze in box then click the editor link that was included in your email and follow the instructions below.


Step 1: Look for the layers button in the upper right hand corner of the map.


Step 2: Click on the layers icon.


Step 3: Click on update requests.


Step 4: Move your mouse outside of the layer options.


Step 5: Click the Waze pin.
(in this case the yellow pin, if your request is older it might be a red pin)


Step 6: Click on the conversation button to expand the conversation


Enter a comment and then click send.
