Documentation: This template makes content wait until existing content (typically tables and images) is fully displayed in all columns before letting subsequent content be displayed. It uses the <div style="clear:both;"></div> formatting to prevent the extra line break that comes with <br style="clear: both" />. The following content after the line will appear on the actual page.
