Unexplained detour
Hi, I'm a Waze volunteer map editor. Unfortunately, I cannot find a reason why Waze routed you through that detour. This could have happened because of a road closure, heavy traffic, or simply a mistake in Waze's navigation system. I've checked the area around ___, and it appears that there's no problems with the map. I do apologize for the inconvenience that Waze caused.

Google inaccurate location

Hi, I'm a Waze volunteer map editor. Waze relies on Google for information on business locations if it's not in Waze's database. However, this means that routing may not be accurate. Luckily, this is an easy fix. I've added ___ on the Waze map; just make sure that the Google listing is removed from your Recents and Favorites listings in the app.

GPS not working
Hi, I'm a Waze volunteer map editor. Unfortunately, we are unable to solve issues regarding GPS errors; however, I can give you some tips. Please place your device as close to the sky as possible. This will allow the GPS to be more accurate. Sorry about that, but I hope you continue to use Waze in the future!
