- Select a road segment
- Hold down the Control key (Windows) or Command key (Macintosh) and select a junction
- Continue holding the Control or Command key down and then select a second junction
- From the Edit Panel, click on "Switch road between nodes"
Notes: It seems you must have driven near these junctions for this command to work, even if you are an Area Manager. The order of picking junctions does not seem to matter.
