  • Please do not turn on recording a new road unless you are about to drive on to a road that is not already on the map

If you have problems, try and find your own solution or ask the community for help:

If all else fails, you can email Waze. They promise the email won't get lost and that you will get a reply within one working day (allow for different time zones). Replies may be basic but in most cases a comprehensive and complete solution.
