New guidance following update to WME on 2023-11-06 to display the closure status and short history.

  • When a closure has expired before originally set, modify the open date/time so that the closure expires naturally. To do this, set the closure open date and time to +1 minute from now. To prevent a possible saving error, +2-+5 minutes is also fine.
    • The reason for this is we want to preserve the closure history in WME in the event a UR pops up so we have more information available for addressing their concerns. The completed closures will be removed in WME 7 days after the closure ended.
    • Deleting a closure removes the closure from history and no records will be kept.
