Functional classification

Oklahoma is participating in the new Functional Classification.

Special Segment Lock Levels for Tulsa ONLY

This is for the Tulsa Metro ONLY at this time. Not a statewide guideline.

Major and Minor Highways should be locked to level 3.
Primary Streets should be locked to level 2.

This is in response to mutliple editors changing FC roads to the wrong classification.
