Highlighter City (HiLiCi) is a derivative of WME Color Highlights v. 1.7.2.  It checks for some countries (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein, Norway, Australia, France, Mexico, Italy and Puerto Rico) the correctness of the content of the city field.
