Major Highways
"A big highway, usually 3+ lanes, with minimal stops – mostly exits and interchanges, bt possibly with some intersections and junctions "
Does 3+ lanes mean three or more lanes in the same direction? If a highway has mostly exits and interchanges and has two lanes eastbound and two lanes westbound, is it a major highway?
