This is a documentation subpage for Template:=.
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Usage

Use {{=}} to insert = so that is is not viewed as an operator, but simply an equal sign. You'll need this to pass URL's to templates.

See also

Template:Heading= for displaying an equal sign that will be viewed as an operator, especially with {[tl|heading}} or other heading templates.
