Waze Map Editing Career Achievements

  • Participated / Contributed in the "Puerto Rico Project" (Aug 2014-Aug 2015) organized by RC txemt and GC Vectorspace (among other champs) in order to "overhaul" the PR map at that time as one of the very few local editors.
  • Participated in many MapRaids including: Puerto Rico, San Francisco, Boston, Thailand, Poland, Virginia SL, Vermont SL, City of Mashad/Iran
  • Area Manager for the Southeast part of Puerto Rico (AM area approved Oct. 2015 by RC Ottonomy, US Territories RC at that time)
  • Requested (and was approved) that Puerto Rico was included in the configuration of several scripts such as WME Toolbox, WME Speed ​​Helper, Place Harmonizer.
  • Requested (and was approved by RC Nnote) the creation of a dedicated Unlock/Update Request Topic for Puerto Rico in the Waze Forum. As a result, the WME Toolbox script was able to send unlock requests directly to the unlock topic in the PR Waze Forum. (Oct 2015)
  • Created and maintained the previously non-existent Puerto Rico Waze WIKI page using the "new template" (developed by kentsmith9 ) in use today. (Oct 2015) In early 2017 the wiki pages were tranfered to the new Wazeopedia system and continued to maintain and update the Wazeopedia Puerto Rico and working in a Spanish version of the Puerto Rico pages
  • Adopted the orphan UR Comments Script Spanish Comments List, updated (Greasyfork) and kept the list alive to this date. Other Spanish speaking countries have used the list as the building block for their own customized lists. (Nov 2015)
  • Implemented the Place Name Harmonization program in Puerto Rico and became the PNH Moderator for Puerto Rico. (Feb 2016)
  • Became the first ever local SM in Puerto Rico (May 2016)
  • Became the first ever local map editor to reach the 250k edits and surpass the 1 million points. (Oct 2016)
  • Named as one of the moderators of the Google+ community called Waze Puerto Rico by the RC Nnote
  • R5 editor (Jan 2017)
  • Invited to and paricipated in the 2017 NA Champs Meetup in San Diego, CA (Feb 2017, first ever local ATR Region invitee)
