Hobbies: Waze and maps in general, photography and a bit of gardening.
Later in 2009, I began a short stint as an SAIC Contractor for the 13th Intelligence Squadron at Beale AFB in Northern California. I supported their mission of exploiting and creating GEOINT products from GlobalHawk and U2 imagery.  


Current Waze Rank and Status: Rank 5 Area Manager all of North Carolina & Oregon plus five counties in NE Iowa.
In 2010, I moved to North Carolina and began work as an L3 contractor for the US Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg (now Fort Liberty). I worked in a 24/7/365 GEOINT Squadron and supported their mission by exploiting and creating GEOINT products using Full-Motion Video (FMV) and overhead imagery. I travelled overseas 4x to Afghanistan for a total of 16 months. While deployed, my duties were to task and direct (in real-time) manned and unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconaissance (ISR) aircraft in support of a Special Operations Task Force.  


Current Waze Project: Base map updates, and using RPPs for better navigation to hard-to-find locations. Also working on base map updates in five counties in NE Iowa as part of NWR-PLN Collaboration.

With my new job title, I lead teams of 30-35 FMV and GEOINT analysts (Contractor and Military) during the production of FMV and GEOINT products in the same 24/7/365 office. Name: Ryan Cullen

Work: I enlisted as a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst in the US Army in 2003, and I was subsequently stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, with the 101st Airborne Division.
