  • Reviewing existing WV standards in relation to updated national and regional standards.
  • Reviewing and validating WV mapping resources. This includes reviewing all 55 counties' GIS resources to determine their usability.
  • Incorporating new features and guidance such as shields, custom turn instructions, and falcon standards.

External Relationships

  • Reaching out to WVDOH state and regional offices, municipalities, law enforcement, and other public and private entities to help facilitate the flow of information to the Waze community to quickly respond to new closures, traffic patterns, restrictions, and other developments.
