Indiana Speed Limit Implementation

With the help of the tools Terry developed, generated maps for tracking speed limit implementation
* '''enfcer74''' (R4 -> R5 SM)
Editors were not excited about SL implementation and the overwhelming number of segments that would need work. I jumped in and gave a helping hand to show SMs aren't immune to having to do that hard work, too! Inspiring lower ranks to join in the effort and eventually brought us from a low of 36th place to 4th in scored completion, from the Waze speed limit sheet.
* '''ldriveskier''' (R2 -> R4 SM)
West Virginia Speed Limit Implementation
* '''phoenixhawke''' (R2 -> R4)

* '''mrnicguy''' (R3 -> R4)

Inspiring lower ranks to join in the effort and eventually brought us from a low of 36th place to 4th in scored completion, from the Waze speed limit sheet.
* '''kwrigh01''' (R4 -> R5)
Formed a consensus with MAR RCs, SMs, and editors to regionalize the segment locking standard.

Google Hangouts
=== '''Projects''' ===
Created (with stephenr1966) the first ever WV Google Hangout
* '''Nationwide Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) Compliance'''
Created (with xanderb) the first ever KY Google Hangout
** Key participant in GLR-led development of new [[Junction_Style_Guide/Interchanges#Diverging_diamond_interchange_.28DDI.29DDI | JSG guidance for DDI's]]
Initiative to Establish Inter-Regional Relations
** Created comprehensive list of all DDI's nationwide
Worked closely with Ohio State Managers to mentor and guide MarkR4468's Waze career to position of NE Ohio LAM and WV SM.
** Once JSG guidance for DDI was promoted from personal namespace to USA WoP, contacted leadership in all 30+ states with DDI's -- across multiple multiple regions -- to communicate that the guidance had been updated, and offered to help ensure all interchanges were compliant with new guidance
West Virginia

Personalized the West Virginia wiki immediately upon assuming SM role. Added Major Road Naming Standards (i.e. WV-### and CR-###/##), 1/4/8 UR Management Policy, Minimum Lock Standards, Walking Trails/Pedestrian Boardwalk Guidance, Counties and Cities listings with links to GIS sites and PLs.
* '''Indiana Speed Limit Implementation'''
Heavily involved with the Validator Localization for WV (Big thanks to Xander for coding it for us) and NameNorm (WV) development (Big thanks to sketch for that one)
** With the help of the tools terrypurdue, vtpearce, and dummyd2 developed, generated maps for tracking speed limit implementation
