Waze does not provide a route through a restricted area. Only when the destination is in the area is a route offered into the area and it is reported that they are going to enter a restricted area.<br>

Restricted area

Note: Only level 5 map editors can maintain restricted areas.

Via a WME map layer it is possible to activate and deactivate the display of restricted areas.
