==LARGAS==
LARGAS  (LAngzaam Rijden Gaat Sneller) refers to a situation where crossing roads are connected in a way that the traffic passes in an optimal way. In most cases the roads are connected with a sort of [[Roundabout|roundabout]].<br />

On the Waze map LARGAS implementations deviate from the standard approach. The map doesn't show a [[Roundabout|roundabout]] but crossing roads with some added extra functionality. Sometimes a Junction Box is used.
To protect the chosen implementation LARGAS crossings / roundabout are locked on a higher [[Editor level|level]].

LARGAS  (LAngzaam Rijden Gaat Sneller) verwijst naar een situatie waarin kruisende wegen zo zijn verbonden dat het verkeer optimaal kan passeren. In de meeste gevallen zijn de wegen verbonden met een soort [[Roundabout|rotonde]].<br />

Op de Waze-kaart wijken LARGAS-implementaties af van de standaardaanpak. De kaart toont geen [[Roundabout|rotonde]] maar kruisingen met wat extra functionaliteit. Soms wordt een [[Junction Box]] gebruikt.
Ter bescherming van de gekozen uitvoering zijn LARGAS kruisingen/rotonde op een hoger [[Editor level|level]] gelockt.
Veelal is een [[Map Comment|kaartopmerking]] toegevoegd ter verduidelijking.
