Road Closures/Construction
This section contains details about long term road closures & construction projects currently in place that would impact the Waze Map. In most cases you should disconnect these segments to prevent Waze from routing along a certain stretch of road. You should NEVER delete a road simply because of construction or a closure. If you perform such steps in WME, please add CONST ZN to the end of the Street Name & document it here so other area managers can ensure the roads are reconnected at the appropriate time. Be sure to include: a Permalink to the road, Road Name, Start Date, Est End Date, and any Links/Comments.

Large road construction projects often have website project pages and give notice to the public prior to starting. If we stage these roads in Waze and have them ready to deploy when they open to the public, Waze will be a leader in update map providers.
